Washburn University debate team three-peats at University of California-Berkeley

The Washburn University debate team won the Overall Debate Sweepstakes, for the third straight year, at the Golden Gate Invitational at the University of California-Berkeley. Western Washington finished second and Texas Tech received third. From a field of more than 120 speakers, Aly Fiebrantz, Topeka, was recognized as the eighth place speaker.
