E-mail Print

CPR training played a criticle role in the rescure of seven-year-old Venita Large from possibly drowning. A nursing school graduate began applying CPR immediately after the girl was pulled from a local swimming pool. When the first police officer arrived on the scene, he began assisting. Together, they saved the little girls life. You can learn more about swimming and water safety at the Kansas Capitol Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.
